PASRR Learning Module 6: Integrated Health PASRR & Quality Monitoring

This Learning Module reviews initiatives that have goals and objectives that both support and can be supported by PASRR. It also reviews quality monitoring approaches for PASRR and examines a recent analysis of nursing facility Minimum Data Set (MDS) information related to individuals with mental illness, intellectual disabilities, or related conditions.
